These are the ground rules for using Quizest. By using the site you agree to them. The short version: be decent, and remember the questions are written by an AI.
What Quizest is
Quizest generates quizzes with AI and lets you play them live with other people. AI-written questions can occasionally be wrong, outdated or oddly phrased. They are for fun, not professional advice, so do not rely on them for anything important.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email, so anyone with access to your inbox could access your account: keep your inbox safe. You must be at least 13 to create an account (or the age your country requires).
Fair use
Do not use Quizest to create hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal content, to spam, or to disrupt games for others. A moderation check reviews public listings, and we may hide or remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Quizzes you create
Quizzes you generate stay yours to play, but you give us permission to store them, show them on the site, and let other players play them, including reusing a matching quiz instead of generating a duplicate.
Availability
Quizest is provided as-is, free of charge. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from using the site.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If we make meaningful changes to them, we will update this page and its date.
